A fabulous, warm-hearted and professional massage with Gray the Owner of Active Massage. Thank you for the wonderful massage working out muscle tension, after the Motatapu miners trail. Annie was AMAZING! She really helped me with some shoulder pain and knew the exact spots to pay attn to! I have had so many massages over the years and was a former Spa Manager so definitely know and appreciate a great therapist! On top of the great work, she had the most calming energy and presence.  I really felt like I was taken out of my body with her massage!

The only negative I have about my experience is the noise of other therapist checking their client in and out as well as talking loudly most of the massage. Annie did her best to close extra doors in between rooms but still could hear their conversation. It was VERY loud talking that brought me back "into my body" and broke up the relaxing space I was in. I suggest being mindful when another therapist is in session. Best massage I’ve had in a long time, and I get them frequently in NYC (where I live) and also when I travel to Asia (Thailand, Taiwan, etc)! I hardly write reviews but just HAD to share my extremely positive experience with Ani and Gray. I booked an hour massage for both me and my brother after a day of outdoor activities, and we felt completely relaxed afterwards. There is something very professional and precise about the massages, hitting exact trigger points and reading body language to know how we’re feeling! My brother and I are both chatty and we got some amazing recommendations from Ani and Gray. Gray went out her way to make the scheduling work for both of us simultaneously, and Ani generously squeezed my mother in for an additional massage that day since we had such rave reviews for her. Fantastic massage and lovely calming environment. I was so sore after my roys peak adventure and recent running and Elle was fantastic and revived my tired legs. Huge thank you! Highly recommend!
